How The Challenge Works

1. Sleep On Your Topper For 7 Consecutive Nights

Your challenge begins on the first night following confirmed delivery of your Ecotoppers Bamboo Mattress Topper.

To qualify for the additional $100 cash payment, you must genuinely sleep on the topper for 7 consecutive nights.

2. Contact Us Between Day 8 And Day 10

After completing your seven-night trial, you must contact our customer support team between Day 8 and Day 10 following confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted:

• before completing the full seven-night trial; or

• after the end of Day 10

will not qualify for the additional $100 cash payment under the 7-Night Better Sleep Challenge™.

Missing this promotional claim window does not affect your ability to make a return under our standard 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to its separate terms.

How To Make A Claim

To claim under the 7-Night Better Sleep Challenge™, contact our customer support team during the eligible Day 8–10 claim window.

Please provide:

• your full name;

• your order number;

• the email address used to place your order;

• confirmation that you slept on the topper for seven consecutive nights; and

• a brief explanation of why the topper did not meet your expectations.

We may request reasonable additional information required to verify that the promotional conditions have been met.

Returning Your Mattress Topper

Once your challenge claim has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Your topper must be dispatched back to us within 14 days of receiving your approved return instructions.

The topper must:

• be the original Ecotoppers topper purchased under the qualifying order;

• be returned in reasonable condition, allowing for normal use during the seven-night trial;

• not have been deliberately damaged, altered or misused; and

• be returned in accordance with the instructions supplied by our customer support team.

We reserve the right to refuse the additional promotional benefit where the returned product does not reasonably correspond with the qualifying purchase or where there is evidence of misuse, fraud or deliberate abuse of the promotion.

What You'll Receive

Once your qualifying returned topper has been received and your claim has been verified, eligible customers will receive:

1. A Refund

The eligible purchase price paid for the returned Bamboo Mattress Topper will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund terms.

2. An Additional $100 AUD Cash Payment

In addition to the eligible refund, we will pay you $100 AUD cash under the 7-Night Better Sleep Challenge™.

The additional $100 payment:

• is limited to $100 AUD per qualifying claim;

• is limited to one payment per customer, household, delivery address and qualifying order;

• is not transferable to another customer;

• cannot be multiplied by purchasing multiple toppers in the same qualifying order; and

• will only be issued once the qualifying return has been received and verified.

Where reasonably possible, the $100 payment will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Where this is not technically possible, we may arrange payment by another reasonable method, such as bank transfer.

One Challenge Per Customer / Household

The 7-Night Better Sleep Challenge™ is intended to give genuine customers confidence to try Ecotoppers without unnecessary risk.

The additional $100 cash payment is therefore limited to:

one successful claim per customer, household, delivery address and qualifying order.

We may decline promotional claims where we reasonably believe the challenge is being deliberately exploited, manipulated or used for purposes inconsistent with a genuine product trial.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Your 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee Still Applies

The 7-Night Better Sleep Challenge™ is an additional promotional guarantee.

It does not replace our normal 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you:

• decide the topper is not right for you after Day 10;

• forget to submit your 7-Night Challenge claim during the Day 8–10 window; or

• otherwise do not qualify for the additional $100 cash payment,

you may still be eligible to make a return under our standard 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms of that guarantee.

The additional $100 cash payment is only available for qualifying claims made under the 7-Night Better Sleep Challenge™.

Delivery Date And Challenge Timing

For the purposes of this promotion, the delivery date is the date on which the shipping carrier records the order as successfully delivered.

Your first qualifying night is the first night following confirmed delivery.

For example, if your order is delivered on Monday:

• Tuesday night = Night 1

• Monday night the following week = Night 7

• Tuesday = Day 8

• Wednesday = Day 9

• Thursday = Day 10

Your claim for the additional $100 cash payment must be submitted between Day 8 and the end of Day 10.

What Does "Better Sleep" Mean?

The 7-Night Better Sleep Challenge™ is designed to allow customers to assess whether the Ecotoppers Bamboo Mattress Topper has made their sleep surface noticeably more comfortable for them.

Individual experiences vary.

The challenge does not guarantee the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any medical condition.

If you experience persistent or severe back pain, joint pain, sleep problems or other health concerns, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional.

Australian Consumer Law

This promotional guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this 7-Night Better Sleep Challenge™ policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
